Submission Process, Publication Fee, and Sponsorship/Funding Information


The Editorial Team of the RSIL Law Review invites the submission of articles. All submissions must be previously unpublished. The mission of the Review is to publish work that displays written excellence and the highest standard of legal academic analysis. Articles utilizing a creative, trans-disciplinary approach or addressing comparative law issues as they relate to international and domestic law are also encouraged. RSIL accepts student notes (up to 2500 words) and full-length articles (3000 – 8000 words). Author Fees

Any fees or charges that are required for manuscript processing and/or publishing materials in the journal shall be clearly stated in a place that is easy for potential authors to find prior to submitting their manuscripts for review or explained to authors before they begin preparing their manuscript for submission. If no such fees are charged that should also be clearly stated.

Revenue Sources

Business models or revenue sources (e.g., author fees, subscriptions, advertising, reprints, institutional support, and organizational support) shall be clearly stated or otherwise evident on the journal’s website.
